Double Materiality
Assessment
As in the previous year, we have considered what different stakeholders expect of us
by performing a double materiality assessment that can ensure clear direction in our
work within ESG.
As in last year’s report, we have divided this publication into three focus areas (E, S and
G), which customers, employees and management consider the most important to
prioritise, and this year once again we have followed the structure of the voluntary
sustainability reporting standard VSME.
The 2022/23 financial year was our baseline year, which means that this report for
2024/25 is the third in a row showing the status of our reporting areas.
The Results of the Analysis
The assessment sparked some valuable and necessary discussions about both risks
and opportunities, which we will certainly take forward in our continued work. We have
done what we can to identify the areas that matter the most, and we feel that the
process has produced some clear results.
The three areas that we have identified as being the most important – climate change,
our own employees and our corporate conduct – did not come as a great surprise.
However, it gives us reassurance to know that we are already on the right track and
working on the right things.
We have chosen to present the results in a way that fits within the VSME framework,
where a full DMA is not required, and therefore we have not carried out detailed
scoring. We have also drawn inspiration from other elements of the VSME framework
and we have chosen to report on some of them.
